Collection: Spring Breeding

Spring Breeding has a relentlessly frantic energy that never lets up. This eclectic three-piece based out of Las Vegas, NV is obsessed with all things angular, heavy, and rhythmically odd. The blaring synthesizers of Caress Silverii and Dustin Scott meet the hyper drumming style and desperately screamed vocals of Tyler Gutleben, all to form a frenetic dance ridden groove that forces you to move.

Spring Breeding draws influence from all things 00’s sasscore and mathrock (e.g. The Locust, An Albatross, Lightning Bolt), with the prompt “what if you replaced all of the guitars with distorted synthesizers?”. Spring Breeding is a long awaited fresh new take on what hardcore and screamo music could be.

"A few weeks ago, I took the long trek from Bay Ridge, Brooklyn to Ridgewood, Queens, to an Albanian bar called Relax Lounge, in search of a little bit of that old-time sass rock. The synth-driven trio Spring Breeding is a Las Vegas band who calls back to those white belted, Nimoy-coiffed rockers of a bygone era. They sound somewhere between The Locust and The Garden, a fusion almost custom designed to make Zoomer screamo kids go feral in the pit, which they did that night, while possibly connected neighborhood heads smoked and brooded outside." - John's Music Blog
